Thank you Roots for, first of all, having wonderful customer service. Nearly unheard of nowadays to call an office and get an almost immediate response from an actual person (thank you, Nikki!). Also, to have the owner himself personally reassuring you with updates (thank you, Sean!) was above and beyond. Finally, both of the technicians who came out (shout out to Shayne and Mario) were friendly and polite, arrived when they said they would (even a little early), and they got our "vintage" air conditioner system working again.
